Employer Pro offers a comprehensive range of products, services and support options to employers across the full spectrum of Employment Relations, Employment Law, Workplace Compliance and Human Resource Management. Members can utilise Advisory Consultations for obtaining efficient advice and Formal Engagements for matters that require hands-on support, or representation.

Advisory Consultations can be booked via the Member Portal and are managed electronically through an appointment system. You can book as many appointments as you need. Each Employer Protection Package includes a fixed number, or unlimited number of Advisory Consultations. Additional Advisory Consultations can be arranged, if required for Employer Essential and Employer Plus Packages, at a competitive consultation rate. You can also engage Employer Pro for formal support, if required, including assistance with responding to a personal grievance claim, or dealing with an employment dispute such as representation at mediation, or handling proceedings in the Employment Relations Authority.

Each Employer Protection Package has competitive hourly rates for formal consultancy support, and our more premium packages include further reduced hourly rates. Our Employer Premium Package also includes up to 10 hours of Consultancy Support each year and mediation support.
